Mutt and Jeff's Drive-in, Tallahassee, Florida

Located at the junction of 7th Avenue, Meridian and Thomasville Roads. This was originally the location of the “Little Dipper” and built in the shape of just that. “The Little Dipper” burned and was rebuilt and renamed the “Blue Heaven” which was a favorite gathering place of teenagers in the 1940's. After the “Blue Heaven” came “Mutt and Jeff’s” as pictured. After the closing of “Mutt and Jeff’s” there was an upholstery shop before being renovated as the “Coconut Cowboy” in 1991. In 1992 it was changed to the “Paradise Bar and Grill”. The “Paradise Bar and Grill” closed in 2011. The “Midtown Caboose” is presently at this location.
